I first met Arsen Gurgov at the Louis Licari hair salon many years ago. He is the epitomy of tall, dark and handsome with an alluring accent to boot! What is so wonderful about Arsen is that he makes each and every person that sits in his chair feel like a movie star. Did I mention that he has touched Ellen Barkins tresses? From the moment his eyes set on you, he has this amazing ability to make you feel that you are the only one in the room. Whether you are a man or a woman, this is a wonderful feeling. With that being said, when he is done cutting and styling your hair, you look like you stepped out of a magazine.
